Our Home Watch plans range from $65 to $150 per month depending on visit frequency.

Many insurance providers require documented monitoring during extended absence. Our reports include date-stamped photos and written documentation.

If we detect a problem, we notify you immediately and can coordinate vendors on your behalf.
